Shipping policy

We want you to love the products that you buy from us. In case you have concerns related to your purchase, drop us a mail within 5 days of delivery with details at nashcelebritycosmetic@gmail.com In case you received a wrong item/product missing case. In case a wrong product has been delivered or the product is missing in the package, please send us an email to nashcelebritycosmetic@gmail.com within 5 days of the delivery date with the following details.

  • Order ID
  • Invoice Copy (Hard/Soft)
  • Details of your request/Complaint
  • Clear images of the products received & label on the outside package to verify the details.
  • Once we receive all these details, our Customer Service team will address your query within 24 hours.

In case you received a damaged item

If you claim the product leaked or it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email to nashcelebritycosmetic@gmail.com within 5 days of the delivery date with the following details.

  • Order ID
  • Invoice Copy (Hard/Soft)
  • Details of your request/Complaint
  • Images or videos to support the complaint with a batch number that is mentioned near the MRP/crimp of the product
  • Once we receive all these details, our customer service team will address your query within 24 hours.

In case you have concerns related to the product

If you have a product quality complaint, please write an email to nashcelebritycosmetic@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the products and provide the following information. We'll review the email and respond within 24 to 48 hours:

  • Order ID
  • Invoice Copy (Hard/Soft)
  • Details of your request/Complaint
  • Images of products received & batch number mentioned near the MRP/crimp of the product.
  • Once we receive all these details, our customer service team would like to address your issue over a call and resolve the query within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email at nashcelebritycosmetic@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • You can also call on our Customer Care number +91-7306687754 (Timings: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm)
  • Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled.
  • You can simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery as the order will not be returned once delivered.
  • In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you.
  • Drop us an email at nashcelebritycosmetic@gmail.com or call us at +91-9947739746 (Timings: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm) within 3 days (72 hours) of the date of delivery. Our Customer service team will resolve it at the earliest.

Shipping charges on purchase

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders , which is notified from time to time. We also offer Cash-On-Delivery. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.

Shipping Processing Time

We ship and process six days a week, and are always working hard to make sure you receive your order as early as possible. Most orders placed on Monday-Saturday are processed and dispatched within one business day, expecting delivery within 2 to 3 business days, not exceeding 7-8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or (most) holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit.
